Having Chem-Dry of Northern Utah clean my carpet professionally was less expensive than trying to do it myself. And I know that they did a way better job than I could have done. They did not try to upsell me into services I didn’t need, and they convinced me not to get their pet urine package even though they would have gotten more money from me if they had just done what I asked originally. They were very thorough when inspecting my carpet, and actually put their noses right up to each stain we found with the black light to determine if it needed to be treated with their pet urine enzyme. I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Northern Utah to anyone who wants the best cleaning experience, at the best price, from an honest and hardworking professional.

Some came cleaner than others only because of the fabric of the carpet and the wear and tear (heavy traffic areas) and the length of time in between cleanings. We were so impressed with how well the traffic pattern came clean (using their special brushes and technology) to reveal our beautiful rug again! They also did well with all of the general spills, spots and stains of our regular carpets! They even called ahead to tell me the exact time they were planning to arrive! I was very pleased with the people who came to clean my carpets. They explained the process and did an excellent job getting some really bad dark areas of my carpets clean. I bought the extra package as I have allergies. Carpets were almost dry when they left. No worries about waiting two days or more for carpets to dry or having mold in the carpet pad. My experience with Eric has been very good. He gave me really good information about the chem dry process. He has been quick and efficient in his work. We choose to go with chem dry because of past experience with other processes leaving the carpet too wet. Overall we are very happy with the way our very old carpet has turned out. Smells nice too.

I have a downstairs apartment that I rent. Twice now, I have used Northern Utah Chem-Dry to clean the carpet in this space. They arrive on time and do a fabulous job. The Crew (Darryl and Eden) were so friendly. They quickly assessed my area to be cleaned and gave me a quote. They then went to work and had my carpets cleaned in about an hour. I was very happy with the results. I had one high traffic area that had been cleaned previously by another company and it was still soiled. I thought I would have to replace the carpet but, the crew at Chem-Dry brightened it right up. All the carpets look very soft and bright. The price was reasonable, the job quick, and a dry time of only 1-2 hours. I will definitely use Chem-Dry of Northern Utah again.

If there was 10 stars I’d be clicking to 10!! When I told Teresa I was needing my sisters living room carpet cleaned, that it was just a tiny room… she told me there was a minimum amount for them to come out of $99. So I said well maybe the stairs, she said let’s do the stairs and another room!!! I was flabbergasted !! I live in Utah Co. so I know that was a deal and a half !! Not only that but Darrell was willing to come the next morning before I left. …he was done in an hour! Let me tell you, before he came, my sister thought she would have to REPLACE that carpet, no kidding! When he left it was mostly dry enough to walk on it and looked brand new!!! We were so impressed with how good the carpets looked and felt. Daryl went way above and beyond doing many extras such as cleaning and sealing our granite countertops. My husband has been going through chemo treatments and Daryl sprayed something in the carpet to help disinfect the carpet and clean the air. He also sprayed some mold cleaner in our basement to make it safe for him. I didn’t realize how many services they offered but was very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.
